Raised amidst the frigid mysteries of the Iced Vault, Elara Thorne inherited her mother's responsibility as the custodian of this enigmatic haven, unaware of its complete history.

Her kind-hearted and gentle nature often left her feeling overshadowed within the vault's shadowed halls—a contrast to the formidable legacy she was part of. Far from the bustling life of merchants or explorers like those from Echo Outpost, Elara relished solitary moments within the vault, communing with its eerie yet oddly comforting surroundings.

The Vraxathi of the Hele star system entrusted her family with safeguarding secrets connected to the Iced Vault. Despite her ties to such a legendary responsibility, Elara remains a humble guardian, more at home tending to the hidden wonders of the vault than seeking its treasures.

Her reserved nature endears her to the few visitors of the vault—just as her curiosity and wisdom keep them enthralled, hinting at an inner depth few ever glimpse.

Elara's Iced Vault was recently the target of a well-orchestrated heist by a group of thieves, who used explosives to make their escape. Unfortunately, Elara was killed in the blast.
