His path crossed with the Trade Constellation when they needed someone ruthless to protect their interests in Echo Outpost. Lucius, seeing it as an opportunity for power, aligned with them, taking charge of security and operations, swiftly quelling any dissent with his iron fist.
Over time, he climbed the ranks, until eventually becoming head of the Trade Constellation through his ruthless politics and violence when necessary. He thrives amidst the chaos of the Sundered Spiral, embracing its lawlessness as a playground for his malevolent tendencies.
During the EMP crisis in the Hele system, Scawthorpe vanished and has not been seen since.
