Backstory

Theor Margrave Harthright, known as 'The Old Man of Iron' within the ranks, is the commanding officer of the interstellar warship SS Ascendant. His career in the Red Sun Navy began as a cadet eager to restore the fractured glory of humanity's past. He climbed the ranks through sheer determination, guided by a rigid sense of honor and his belief in the might and righteousness of the Red Sun Dominion.

His tenure on the SS Ascendant, an Interdiction and Patrol Destroyer, has been marked by innumerable skirmishes with the opportunistic Mortal Veil and tense standoffs with smugglers from the Trade Constellation. The ship's high-tech systems reflect Theor's strategic acumen and the profound trust he commands from his crew, whom he regards as his shield and sword in the endless void.

Though Theor longs for a peaceful retirement and a return to a simple life far from the constant dangers of warfare, he finds himself inexorably tied to the Red Sun Dominion, unable to abandon its cause without salvaging a piece of the galaxy's forgotten greatness.
