Elias Quillburn is a resident of Stalwart Reach and the brother of Alistair Quillburn. Known primarily for his artistic talent, Elias once painted murals depicting the haunting beauty of the Sundered Spiral, capturing the melancholy of lost connectivity and the isolated lives scattered across worlds. His art found a modest audience among those who craved expression in the authoritarian confines of the Red Sun Dominion.
Despite his efforts to live under the radar and focus on art, Elias's work started to garner unwanted attention. His caution turned to paranoia as whispers circulated about the subversive messages in his paintings. The Red Sun Dominion occupying forces, suspicious of his intentions, arrested Elias and transported him to the Don system Work Camps.
Due to his percieve subversive messaging, he was placed in the maximum security camp, B7, where the RSD places those they deem and dangerous rebels and insurgents.
