Harlan Perseus Quindar, once a small-time street vendor. Lured by the lucrative potential of the black market, he joined the Ghost Market, a faction known for its clandestine dealings and web of connections across the galaxy. Over time, Harlan's skill for negotiation and manipulation became indispensable.

When he was detained and transported to Meristine as part of the Red Sun's Harvest initiative, he managed to use his connections to escape the camps. However, after seeing the horrific conditions, he decided to stay on Meristine to smuggle useful items into the camps for the prisoners.

Operating from The Desolate Expanse, an old camp abondoned due to its dangerous wildlife, Harlan uses the surrounding insectoid infestation as the perfect cover for his illicit operations. He provides essential contraband to those imprisoned by the Red Sun Dominion and creates escape routes for individuals of importance, risking his own life to pry them free from the oppressive regime.
