Backstory

Duke Arzida Adeben, the teenage son of the influential and powerful Lord Arris, was born into a life of privilege and responsibility. As the heir to the vast Adeben estates, he was groomed from a young age to follow in his father's footsteps. However, unlike his stern father, Arzida is known for his charming and playful demeanor. He is highly intelligent and possesses a knack for strategy and cunning, which he often uses to get himself in and out of trouble. Despite his laid-back exterior, Arzida harbors a secret that he must protect at all costs: as a child, he accidentally set a prized family tapestry on fire while trying to practice a magic trick. Terrified of his father’s wrath, he managed to pin the blame on a hapless servant, who was subsequently dismissed. Arzida feels guilt for this act but has never had the courage to confess. In addition to keeping this secret, Arzida is driven by a desire to prove himself as not just a noble by birth, but a capable leader and strategist worthy of his family’s legacy.
