Backstory

Jai Althor was the youngest child of a renowned blacksmith in Ironhold, known for their skills in crafting weapons that were both deadly and beautiful. Ironhold's fall shattered their family, but Jai refused to flee.

Driven by a blend of loyalty to their home and a curiosity that often got them into trouble, they chose to stay, secretly learning the ways of sorcery from an ancient tome they found beneath the ruins. Unknown to many, Jai discovered that their lineage is not entirely human; one of their ancestors was a dragon who had taken a human form. This revelation explains Jai's inherent magical abilities and their strange connection to the dragons of Iron Mountain. Bound by this bloodline, Jai has fallen under the dragon's influence. Their goal is to protect Ironhold from intruders, and allow the dragons to complete their task, whatever that may be.
