Backstory

Kaejor, a survivor of the catastrophic Weaver's Den, led a life marked by harrowing experiences and surprising miracles. Grandfather to Igan Dot, Kaejor's life took a drastic turn when he was imbued with Wild Magic in the Iron Mountain while evading slavers. His attempt to flee led to his capture and delivery to the malevolent sorcerer Ursula.

Keajor's parents were poor folk wandering around Iron Mountain. When his mother was about to give birth, there was a terrible storm and they had just been foraging. As the winds picked up, they stumbled around for a bit before finding a cave in the mountain that offered shelter. Finding a light inside the cave, they went deep inside for more protection from the elements and the wildlife.

An hour later, Keajor was born. His birth coincided with the time when magic was allowed in Iron Mountain. This is why he's so strongly connected to the wild magic, he was actually born in the iron mountain during the four-hour window.

Later on, the poor peasants lost their young son to a slavery ring. He was eventually bought by Ursula who recognized his potential and began conducting experiments on him. Kaejor endured intense and terrifying experiments under Ursula's cruel hand. However, with a combination of sheer will and the unpredictable nature of the Wild Magic flowing through him, he managed to escape.

Choosing a quiet life thereafter, he became known as a kind soul always ready to help others, despite the unpredictable side effects of his Wild Magic.
