Backstory

Daniel was born and bred in Upper Lachus, the city of contrasts, where he has spent all of his 53 years. Raised in a family of artisans, he was expected to continue the family tradition by becoming a master sculptor. However, Daniel's disposition leaned less towards the creative endeavors of his kin and more towards ensuring the structured environment necessary for creativity to flourish. He joined the Town Guard at the age of twenty-one, finding solace and purpose in maintaining the delicate balance between chaos and order in his beloved city. Known for his meticulous nature and unwavering sense of duty, Daniel quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a well-respected figure among both his peers and citizens. Despite having walked every street and alley of Upper Lachus countless times, Daniel is a man shrouded in layers of mystery, for he is privy to the city's oldest legends due to his family history that ties back to the city's founding as artisan outcasts. Many rumors suggest he holds knowledge of the sorcerer's labyrinth hidden beneath the city.
