Born in the war-torn world of Coia, Arkan Liroth is known as the aide to influential councils and prominent figures who helped stabilize the region after The Dragonbone Vanguard's victory over the gateways. Growing up amidst the echoes of Coia's Shadow War, he learned quickly to hone his discipline and became steeped in the political landscape that emerged post-war.
