Born amidst the rubble of a settlement decimated by the aftershocks of the Dragonbone Vanguard's victory, Nixium learned early that 'salvation' is a matter of perspective. As a Tiefling in a world recovering from demon-led Shadow Wars, she is often spat upon as a living reminder of the extra-planar horrors that once poured through the Bukhara Spire Gateways. Rather than fight the prejudice, she monetized it. Nixium operates as a relentless bounty hunter, specializing in tracking down political dissidents and 'unnatural' leftovers from the Gateway era. She cultivates a nihilistic reputation, believing that the peace established by the Vanguard is a fragile lie waiting to shatter. She wears velvet gloves to hide bloodstained knuckles and carries a silver locket that she pointedly opens to reveal nothing inside—a testament to her belief that hope is a hollow concept.
