Backstory

Paceran was born into a world marred by his father, Kaejor's, traumatic experiences. As the boy grew, he occasionally displayed unusual abilities, manifestations of the experiments that had been conducted on Keajor. Yet, whenever Paceran's powers surfaced, Keajor's own memories of the horrors he had endured would resurface, and he would reprimand the boy, desperate to suppress any reminders of his past.

In this cynical environment, Paceran learned to keep his abilities hidden, harboring a deep sense of shame and guilt whenever they emerged. He yearned for his father's approval and acceptance, longing to share the truth of his experiences and discover the true extent of his powers. But Keajor's fear and anguish overshadowed any chance for open dialogue, leaving Paceran to learn to suppress his unique abilities alone. As time went on and Paceran grew older, Keajor relaxed around his son and allowed minor magic to pass without reprimand.
