Bay Goblin Camp
The History of The House of Silk

Founded on April 8, 278, The House of Silk rose from the ashes of an old mining camp into a unique settlement. Its leaders made the controversial decision to coexist with a tribe of goblins, viewing this partnership as a necessary measure for survival. In exchange for their presence, the goblins committed to a benevolent agreement, vowing to return any individuals who had escaped from a life of slavery, thus fostering a complex but cooperative relationship within the community.

However, as time passed, tensions began to simmer within The House of Silk. The coexistence with the goblins sparked increasing distrust among the settlers, leading to fears and unease concerning their safety and autonomy. This climate of apprehension eventually attracted the attention of The Order of Sea and Stone, a formidable faction dedicated to rooting out perceived threats, including the goblin presence in the area.

As the Order’s spies meticulously infiltrated The House of Silk, their covert operations culminated in a strategic assault on the goblin camp. In a decisive confrontation, the Order succeeded in eradicating the goblin threat entirely, thus restoring a semblance of safety to the region. Ultimately, this tumultuous chapter in the history of The House of Silk highlighted the fragility of alliances and the ever-shifting dynamics of power and security.
