Backstory

Raised in a family of means in Rueside, Caelan Blackthorne dreamt of a life filled with adventure and service. However, despite his noble desires, Lucius found himself lacking the drive and ability to turn a blind eye required for the demanding roles of the Silk Guard.

Disillusioned by the harsh realities of his ambitions, he decided to leverage his family's secret ties to the abolitionist movement, hoping it would pave an easier path to his dreams. He became the proprietor of the Pitt Inn in the Low Quarter, gwhich soon became the primary location in the city for clandestine meetings.
