Backstory

Bishop Khutik, known for his steadfast devotion and relentless work ethic, has been an integral part of the clerical community since his teenage years. Raised in the tranquil surroundings of the stone abbeys near the settlement's periphery, Bishop was destined for a life of spirituality. His zeal is marked by an intense commitment to the teachings of the Pantheon, driven by a desire to contribute to a world ravaged by centuries of chaos.

However, relations with Aveton's ruler, David Lee Roth, are strained. Roth's unconventional ways and whimsical endeavors starkly contrast with Bishop's straightforwardness. Their philosophies clash, culminating in subtle tensions that simmer beneath public interaction.

Unknown to many, Bishop harbors a secret that, if discovered, could lead to ruin not only for himself but for those he holds dear. During a covert pilgrimage to the mystical Bukhara Spires, undertaken with a select few from his clerical fraternity, Bishop stumbled upon an ancient tablet. This artifact, steeped in primal magic, offers an apt explanation for the Wild Magic disturbances occurring around Iron Mountain. The tablet's existence must remain hidden, concealed behind layers of mysticism to prevent knowledge falling into wrong hands, which may endanger the delicate peace in Coia once more.

Description

A statuesque young man with shoulder-length, raven-black hair that falls around a face of sharp angles. His eyes are a deep-set gray, encased by gentle eyelashes that belie his stern demeanor. Robed in flowing white clerical vestments, embroidered with gold patterns of ancient Coian symbolisms, Bishop carries an aura of dutiful commitment and unflinching resolve. His hands are visibly calloused, signs of his hands-on approach to his duties, yet he possesses a gentle touch and an understanding smile.
